Balinese massage in Kakkanad
Balinese Harmony works in the island tradition: acupressure along the body, then long, firm, rhythmic strokes that join it all together. Firmer than Swedish, gentler than deep tissue — and deeply restful.
What Balinese massage is
Traditional Balinese massage blends several techniques: thumb and palm acupressure along the muscles, gentle stretching, skin rolling and long, sweeping strokes. The pressure is firm but the rhythm is continuous, so it feels both grounding and relaxing.
It suits people who find Swedish massage too light but don't want the slow, targeted intensity of deep tissue.

Questions
Questions, answered plainly
How much is a Balinese massage at VĀNA?
₹2,700 for 60 minutes and ₹3,500 for 90 minutes.
Is Balinese massage painful?
It shouldn't be. The pressure is firm and the acupressure points can feel intense for a moment, but your therapist will adjust to you. Say so if it's too much.
Balinese or deep tissue?
Balinese covers the whole body with firm, flowing pressure. Deep tissue is slower and concentrates on a few problem areas.
